Couples Therapy
Rebuild connection, improve communication, and work through conflict using evidence-based approaches informed by the Gottman Method.
Family Counselling

Parent Coaching
Practical guidance for parenting challenges at every stage — from early childhood through adolescence — including support for parents of neurodiverse children.
My Approach
Therapy that meets you where you are
I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities — including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, the Gottman Method, narrative therapy, and person-centred therapy — adapting my approach to what each client or family needs in the moment.
We'll work together to determine what feels right for you and explore different strategies and tools that you may find helpful. My goal isn't to give you answers — it's to help you develop effective coping strategies that enable you to live a life aligned with your values.
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
— Carl Rogers
